Cheryl
began college at Western Illinois University as an art
major. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees
(special education) from the University of Illinois.
After taking early retirement from teaching, she was
instructed at local galleries and colleges. Her work is on
display locally at Gallery Trio, the Distinctive Cork, and
in exhibits of the Downers Grove Art League and Naperville
Art League. In Rockford, IL her work is displayed at the
Burpee Art Museum and the Rockford Teachers’ Credit Union.
Private collectors in Illinois, California, Pennsylvania,
Tennessee, Arizona, Washington, and Florida have works by
Cheryl. She has prints from original watercolors and photos
on http://www.etsy.com under seller name chitowncheryl.
